This is for medical and community teams that want to partner with us more closely — pediatric practices, hospital and specialty clinics, GI and feeding teams, Early Intervention, schools, and community programs. If your team has a champion physician, a care coordinator, or a program manager who keeps running into feeding cases that need more than a one-off referral, a partnership dedicates our expert staff’s time to working alongside you.
A referral sends a family to us. A partnership keeps us in structured communication with your team for as long as the case needs it — proactively, not just when something breaks.
We still see your patients directly through insurance-billable visits whenever possible. That part doesn't change, and for most families it's covered — we verify benefits first.
The partnership rate covers dedicated, prioritized time with our care coordination team (Tracie and Natalie): team consultation, staff training, warm-handoff planning, and (if you opt in) independent HIPAA-compliant chart and case review. You’re paying for reserved coordination and expert team time, not for the child’s clinical visits, which stay insurance-based wherever we can.

Quarterly or annual. Reserve ongoing coordination time and lock in the lower rate for the whole term.
