Nutrition Therapy & Counseling

Dietitians must be licensed, certified, or otherwise allowed by law to practice in the state where the client is located. Currently, Attune2Food dietitians are able to perform medical nutrition therapy, and have the option to bill insurance or provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company directly, in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Vermont and Virginia.

We are in-network with the following insurances:

  • Vermont Medicaid (aka Green Mountain Care)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (& many subsidiary plans such as but not limited to Empire, Anthem, Highmark)
  • Cigna

Please check with your local carrier to confirm coverage. We generally find coverage to be adequate to generous for MNT services and most clients pay $0 out of pocket cost for care.
