Attune 2 Food

Parent Food School is coming this fall

Mealtimes don't have to feel like a battle. Get the tools, the knowledge, and a real feeding team in your corner - all in one place, from wherever you live.

The Problem

If your child eats five foods, gags at the dinner table, or melts down when something new lands on their plate – you are not doing it wrong, and your child is not being difficult.

Feeding is the single hardest sensory task children do, and most families are handed a “just keep offering it” and sent on their way.

The specialists who actually understand this have months-long waitlists. The nearest feeding clinic might be hours away. And the internet is a firehose of advice that contradicts itself by lunchtime.

That’s the gap Parent Food School was built to fill.

Mother with child while eating

I really appreciated the collaboration approach, especially alongside speech services. It felt like everything was aligned and focused on helping my child succeed.

— Alex M.

The session was efficient, informative, and exactly what I needed. I left with clear next steps and greater confidence.

— Bianca N.

I’m really happy with the progress my daughter has made. The guidance has been practical, encouraging, and truly effective for our family.

— Amy F.

I always learn something new at each visit, such as specifics around supplements and probiotics, how to determine if my child has lactose and other food sensitivities, and ideas for simple snacks and meals. Thank you!

— Kate B.

The session was incredibly helpful. The support and guidance made it well worth it.

— Sarah R.

What's inside

One membership. Everything under one roof

Every level of Parent Food School includes all of this:

The Easy Bites platform – far more than an app.

On your side, it’s a daily companion built by the Easy Bites team of pediatric dietitians and feeding therapists: set up your child’s profile and the foods they already accept, and it builds recipes and meal ideas around them – so you’re never staring into the fridge wondering what to make. Plus a parent education library of short, practical articles, a meal planner that writes your shopping list, daily tips, monthly milestone updates as your child grows, and a gentle AI helper for the in-the-moment questions, drawing on the app’s own expert-reviewed feeding guidance. Behind the scenes, it’s also where your child’s feeding questionnaire and progress live – so when you work with our team, they’re looking at your child’s real picture, not starting from scratch.

A small parent support group

Just 6 families, meeting every other week over Zoom, guided by our team. This is where you realize you are so far from alone in this. You will not be a face in a crowd of a hundred – you’ll be known. Part of every paid membership; for Community Feeding Team families, group sessions are billed like a visit.

Culinary classes video library

Cooking and meal-prep videos for the days when “what do I even make?” is the hardest question. Yours, free, whenever you need them.

25% off our supplement dispensary

As a member, you get a standing 25% discount on our online dispensary of professional-grade supplements and natural products, right from your portal whenever you need it.

And if your child needs more, you’re already home: our full interdisciplinary team – dietitians, feeding therapists, and mental health support – is one warm handoff away, with insurance-based and cash options.

Self-Guided is the full membership at your own pace. With Support (Cash Pay) adds your own dietitian or feeding therapist, plus a live monthly check-in. With Support (Insurance-Eligible) is the same support membership for families in Vermont, New Hampshire, or New York covered by a participating plan, where the monthly visit may be billable to insurance – see our Insurance page to check your coverage before enrolling. Already working with our Community Feeding Team? There’s no membership fee – the app, the parent education library, and the culinary classes are your space between visits. Parent support group sessions are billed like a visit (insurance where covered, or your visit rate), and you bring your questions to your regular appointments with your provider.

How the support level works

Your provider sets aside dedicated one-on-one time for you each month: a live 30-minute check-in, plus space to answer your questions by message between sessions (we reply within 2 business days). It’s real, focused attention from someone who knows your child – think of it as a standing monthly appointment with a feeding expert in your pocket for the in-between moments, rather than round-the-clock messaging. When a question needs more than a few messages, your provider will bring it into your live check-in or suggest a clinical visit, so nothing important gets squeezed into a chat window. And for anything urgent, always call your pediatrician or 911 – chat is for coaching and questions, not emergencies.

Not sure which fits? Start self-guided and add support anytime – or reply to any email and tell us about your child; we’ll point you in the right direction.

Insurance-billable visits: our dietitian can provide medical nutrition therapy visits that may be billable to insurance for families in Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Vermont, and Virginia. Coverage depends on your plan – check our Insurance page before enrolling.

Cash pay is open to everyone, in all 50 states. Wherever you live, you can join Parent Food School and pay by card, HSA, or FSA – no insurance needed.

Why families trust us

We're not a course - We're a feeding practice

Parent Food School comes from Attune2Food – a Vermont-based pediatric feeding team serving families across the country via telehealth. We’re the clinical lead on a grant-funded school feeding pilot, partners with national feeding organizations, and the team local providers call when a family needs more. Everything inside is built on responsive feeding – the evidence-based, no-pressure approach endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the World Health Organization. It’s the same attuned approach we use in clinical care – made accessible to every family.

FAQ

Questions & Answers about Parent Food School

For families with extremely picky eaters, including ARFID, sensory food aversion, autism food issues, and more

What are the four ways to join?

Every level includes the app, the parent education library, the culinary videos, and 25% off the dispensary. Self-guided is the full membership at your own pace, support group included. With support adds your own dietitian or feeding therapist – a live monthly 30-minute check-in plus the ability to message them with questions between sessions – and comes two ways: cash pay, or, if you’re in Vermont, New Hampshire, or New York with a participating plan, an insurance-eligible option. And if you’re already in clinical care with our Community Feeding Team, there’s no membership fee – your support group sessions are billed like a visit, and your provider handles your questions at your regular appointments. There’s no separate chat to buy.

Is this therapy?

Parent Food School is education, coaching, and community — not a replacement for clinical care. If your child needs 1:1 clinical support, our team offers that too (insurance and cash options), and members get a warm, seamless handoff.

What if it's not for us?

Try Parent Food School risk-free for 3 days after enrollment – full refund, no questions. (Once you’ve started working with our team, the window closes, because our clinicians’ time is reserved for you.)

How does the support group work?

Small by design — 6 families per group, meeting every other week over Zoom, guided by our team. Founding members get first pick of the spots.

How do I pay?

Membership is billed monthly to a credit card. For the support level, you can also use HSA or FSA. If you’re in Vermont, New Hampshire, or New York on a participating plan, our insurance-eligible support option ($149/month) may let your monthly visit be billed to insurance – check our Insurance page before enrolling. Cash pay is open to families in all 50 states – wherever you live, you can join.

Parent Food School does not take the place of working with and talking directly to their child’s team of therapists or providers. It is a helpful educational tool and adjunct to local care.

Mealtimes can feel different by winter. Your founding spot is waiting.

Try Parent Food School risk-free for 3 days. If the membership isn’t the right fit, email us within 3 days of enrollment for a full refund – no questions, no hoops. Once you’ve started working with our team (a chat conversation, a check-in, or a group session), the refund window closes, because our clinicians’ time is real and reserved for you.
