Kelli Borgman

Dietitian, owner and creator of Attune2Food

I love my job because: The parents, caregivers and health care providers I get to support are seriously the most amazing people, they are my everyday superheroes! I love getting a peek and sense of each child’s unique personality and ability and maximizing their strengths and potential through nutrition.

Educational background: BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University, dietetic internship to become an registered dietitian from East Carolina University, MS in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine from University of Western States. Health coaching certification, lactation specialist certification, and many other trainings over the years in child feeding and development, including SOS and neurodivergent feeding and nutrition approaches.

Spare time/hobbies: I love playing with my three year old daughter, gardening, exploring Vermont’s mountains, rivers and swimming holes, and traveling with my family in our camper van whenever possible.

Fave color: My favorite color is turquoise because I love the stone and I love water when it’s that color!

Fave location(s) to be or visit: I spent summers as a kid in Northern Michigan. I love spending time in the Sleeping Bear Dunes and the Pere Marquette River. There’s also a short hike to an amazing triple waterfall near my home in Vermont called Journey’s End where I often go to recharge my mind, body and spirit.

Dana Dose, Pediatric & Family Dietitian

Dana Dose

Pediatric and Family Dietitian

Dana has been a dietitian since 2009, and through working with clients of all ages and stages for the first decade of her career, she found her way to her favorite specialty: pediatric and family nutrition. She became a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition in March, 2023 and also holds certifications as a Health & Wellness Coach, Lactation Counselor, and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

I love my job because: I love food and families! I enjoy being at the intersection of parents nourishing their babies / young children, and for older more independant children, I enjoy helping set the foundation that they will need to nourish themselves as they grow into a young adult with a positive relationship with food and their bodies. I also recognize that parenting in general is difficult and specifically nourishing a child can be difficult – I like being a person that empathizes with parents and meets them where they are to help accomplish realistic goals for their children. It’s an honor to be trusted with such an important task.

Educational background: I grew up in Texas and graduated with a nutrition education degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington. I later returned to school at the University of Texas in Austin to achieve my professional purpose of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Since I became an RDN in 2009, I have not stopped learning. It’s a true pleasure to participate in continuing education that helps me serve my clients to the best of my abilities.

Spare Time/hobbies: My favorite hobbies are seeing live music and teaching Jazzercise. Outside of Jazzercise classes, I can be spotted dancing in nearly any setting (at concerts, at home, and even bobbing along in the grocery store!). I also enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, and experiencing outdoor adventures with my 2 children and husband such as hiking, skiing, and camping.

Favorite Color: It’s a tie between purple and green.

Favorite Locations: I recently moved away from the north shore of Lake Tahoe, CA which will always hold a special place in my heart. Other places I love are the Cinque Terre in Italy and Maui. I look forward to exploring more of the world so I can add more to the list!

Tracie Clarke, Pediatric and Family Dietitian

Tracie Clarke

Pediatric and Family Dietitian

Tracie has been practicing since 2008, specializing pediatric gastroenterology and complex medical diagnoses. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with all ages and stages of life.

I love my job because:  Food is the epicenter of life! Food brings us together whether it’s in celebration, dinner time, or a nutrition visit. I truly enjoy learning about each patient’s uniqueness and supporting each individual/family with a personalized approach.

Educational background:  B.S. from the University of Vermont in 2005, then completed my dietetic internship and Master’s in Nutrition at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008.  I returned to VT for a number of years before venturing to Boston, MA to work at Boston Children’s Hospital where the learning curve never ceased. BCH is where I honed my skills in all things homemade blenderized tube feedings, educating and helping many families transform their child’s life, and assisting in publishing a number of research papers to support the benefits.

Spare Time/hobbies:  All things nature! I love gardening, hiking/nature walks (off the beaten path), kayaking, snowshoeing, fishing, etc.  I love every season—being a 5th generation Vermonter I even embrace the winter months!

Favorite Color:  Purple (Amethyst) and blue (cerulean) – though these are very specific colors, I love all of the hues in between. I think of these colors and imagine really rare sunsets (hues of purple), the color of the sky as it changes with the seasons, and the color the ocean/water.

Favorite Locations:  Niquette Bay, Colchester, VT (sitting on my favorite rock hidden within the bay), the top of Snake Mountain (Addison, VT) on a crisp fall morning, Shelburne Farms (Shelburne, VT) on the shoreline finding the coolest rocks, and my parent’s home—always food and great hugs!  These are merely a few of my fave spots—all I need is good company, good food, and the chance to be surrounded by nature.

Megan Jensen, Pediatric and Family Dietitian

Megan Jensen

Pediatric and Family Dietitian

Megan has been practicing since 2020 as a clinical and community dietitian, specializing in eating disorders, including ARFID. She is a certified eating disorder specialist, and also has a master’s degree in public health.

I love my job because: I get to meet and talk with so many interesting people! It is both exciting and humbling to be part of the nutrition journey with families. Navigating feeding and eating can be very difficult, and watching someone achieve freedom with food is the best feeling.

Educational Background: I completed my Bachelor’s degree in dietetics in 2019. I minored in psychology as well during that time. From 2019-2020, I was working on my dietetic internship. This included rotations with the Boise School District (Idaho), Idaho WIC (Idaho), Davis Hospital & Medical Center (Utah), and My Realistic RD private practice (New York). After my internship, I Immediately started my master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and got offered a job soon after. During my master’s degree, I worked at a residential eating disorder treatment center, where I treated all genders, races, ages, and diagnoses. I then transitioned to an outpatient pediatric role where I addressed eating disorders, neurodivergence, adolescent and transgender nutrition, complicated GI conditions, and tube feedings. I recently received the designation of a “Certified Eating Disorder Specialist” and spend most of my time treating eating disorders and restrictive eating, including ARFID, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder in people of all ages.

Spare Time/Hobbies: I love being outside in the Intermountain West! I hike all over the state of Utah (when it isn’t covered in snow). My dogs love to join me for this! When I’m not outside, I’m generally painting, cross-stitching, crocheting, cooking, or baking. I have so many hobbies and passions that I often have to thank my hubby for being so patient with me (though I do nothing to decrease how many hobbies I have)!

Favorite Color: I LOVE color. Anybody who walks into my home can see that. Bright and bold color brings me joy and calms me down. My absolute favorite color is yellow because of how happy it is.

Favorite Locations: My family has a cabin in a little town called Donnelly, Idaho. It’s right on a lake with gorgeous views all year round! My happy place is, and always has been, the cabin. However, I also really enjoy the Oregon coast, as this is where I was born and grew up. I’m an Intermountain West and Pacific Northwest kind of gal!
