I created Attune2Food to offer a foundational nutrition and lifestyle program for parents of kids that have difficulty eating. I provide family centered, integrative and practical nutrition coaching, resources, and education so parents can feel more confident in meeting their child’s needs around nutrition and mealtimes.
Meet Kelli
Distill ten key concepts to simplify the process of navigating your childs’ eating difficulty or disorder and creating a SOLID plan of action you can stick to and/or take at your own pace, including working through difficult behaviors or emotional patterns, and improving nutritional intake and variety.
